Welcome to PrajaLife (legal entity operating as "Praja"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Praja’s website, mobile applications, digital content, physical products, and booked programs.

By making a payment for facilitation, registering for a session, ordering produce, or accessing our services, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Scope of Services & Products

Praja offers a diverse portfolio of experiential, agricultural, and educational services, which are organized into the following categories:

  • Facilitation Sessions: Small-cohort learning programs, including but not limited to the "Ek Din Ka Farmer" initiatives and coordinated "Industrial Visits."

  • Guided Treks & Expeditions: Structured outdoor exploration, wilderness hiking, and environmental learning programs.

  • Community Learning Programs: Meetups, workshops, and cohort sessions (such as Diwali Durg Meetups).

  • Consulting & Advisory: Sustainable farming practices and mindful living consultations.

  • Fresh Farm Produce: Seasonal fruits, vegetables, and staples sourced directly or in collaboration with partner farmers.

2. Activity Registrations & Participant Conduct

A. General Terms

  • All registrations for facilitation sessions, visits, and treks are subject to slot confirmation and availability.

  • Payments for facilitation cover attendance and direct facilitation materials only. Unless explicitly stated in writing, payments do not include transportation, lodging, medical insurance, or personal meals.

B. Physical Activities, Health, and Assumption of Risk

  • Physical Demands: Activities like Ek Din Ka Farmer, farm work, and Guided Treks involve physical exertion, outdoor environments, exposure to weather conditions, and proximity to farm tools or rugged terrain.

  • Participant Responsibility: By registering, you confirm that you and any minors under your supervision are physically fit and medically cleared to participate. You voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with outdoor, physical, and agricultural facilitations.

  • Right of Refusal: Praja reserves the absolute right to deny participation to anyone who violates safety instructions, exhibits disruptive behavior, or appears physically unfit to safely complete a facilitation.

3. Consulting & Advisory Disclaimer

  • Praja provides data, insights, strategies, and blueprints based on sustainable farming, ecological principles, and mindful living.

  • No Guarantees: Agricultural yields and operational success rely heavily on external, uncontrollable variables including but not limited to local soil biology, changing climate patterns, weather anomalies, local labor execution, and water availability.

  • Final Liability: All execution decisions rest solely with the client. Praja shall not be held liable for any financial losses, crop failures, or damages resulting from the implementation of our advice or recommendations.

4. Fresh Produce Orders

  • Seasonality and Logistics: Fresh produce availability is heavily dependent on harvest cycles and partner-farmer logistics. Praja reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders based on harvest quality or delivery disruptions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All intellectual property including written handbooks, proprietary farming frameworks, workshop presentations, custom maps, digital curriculum, structural session designs, and media shared during sessions is the exclusive property of Praja.

  • Participants may not record audio/video, copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Praja content or proprietary materials without express prior written consent from an authorized Praja representative.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

All monetary refunds, batch transfers, and cancellations are strictly governed by our standalone Cancellation & Refund Policy. It is your responsibility to review the specific day-based penalty tiers for Facilitation Sessions, Guided Treks, and Fresh Produce prior to completing your transaction.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, Praja, its founders, facilitators, employees, and partner farmers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, physical injuries, illnesses, personal property damage, or financial losses arising from your participation in our facilitations, utilization of our consulting, or consumption of our goods.

You agree to indemnify and hold Praja harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, or legal expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misconduct during Praja-organized facilitations.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any operational interactions with Praja are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

9. Policy Updates

Praja reserves the right to modify or structurally overhaul these Terms and Conditions at any point without prior individual notice to safeguard operations.
